Moving into research

The Library Information Research Group (LIRG) are offering a series of workshops in the North of England in the skills needed to succeed with a research project. The topics are as follows:

  • Designing a good questionnaire survey, 13 May 1999.

  • Doing research with people: interviews and observation, 27 May 1999.

  • Creative data analysis, 10 June 1999.

  • Getting research results disseminated and used, 24 June 1999.

All the workshops will be held at King's Manor, University of York. Applications should be made no less than two weeks before each date.
