Arrangements have now been completed for the 15th International Congress of Cybernetics and Systems of World Organisation of Systems and Cybernetics (WOSC). It is to be held jointly with the 2011 IEEE International Conference on Grey Systems and Intelligent Services.
It will be held at the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in Nanjing, China, 15-18 September 2011. An International Honorary Committee and Organizing Committee have already been appointed.
