Scope

The conference provides a forum for engineers and scientists in academia, industry and government to present their latest research findings in any aspects of distributed and parallel computing. Topics of particular interest include, but are not limited to:

  • theoretical foundations;

  • data management and data centers;

  • distributed cyber-physical systems;

  • reliability and dependability;

  • security and privacy;

  • network architectures and protocols;

  • operating systems and middleware;

  • cyber-infrastructures for distributed computing;

  • multi-media systems;

  • web-based distributed computing;

  • sensor networks and applications; and

  • wireless and mobile computing.

Workshops

Workshops will be held in conjunction with the conference. Workshop proposals were submitted to Woskshops Co-Chair Makoto Takizawa (makoto.takizawa@computer.org).

A notification of acceptance was made by 1 October 2007, please see the conference web page for details.

Paper submission

Electronic submission submissions will be handled via the conference web page.

The proceedings of the conference and the workshops will be published by the IEEE Computer Society Press.

Important deadlines reminders

  • Paper submission were made by 15 November 2007,

  • Author notification on 1 March 2008 and

  • Final manuscript was due 29 March 2008.
