This book offers a project manager's first-hand account of the lessons learnt by the lead architect of Intel's team which created and produced what is accepted to be the most successful microprocessor in history. It was, of course, the birth of the Intel P6. It makes a great departure from the usual technical literature to be able to read and appreciate this story of endeavour. This book, the publishers say:
... presents topics relatable, and lessons applicable to reader's own projects and careers since the, book uses real events to impart insights that can be recognized and used again.
The book also covers ideas about project structure and management, core concept development, keeping people motivated and on-track as well as cooperation and interference with other company projects.
