Professor Manea Mànescu
University Professor Dr Manea Mànescu has been presented with an Honorary Diploma on the occasion of the 90th Anniversary of the foundation of the Academy of Economics Studies of Bucharest, Romania. In connection with the anniversary celebration Professor Mànescu delivered a communication at the "Circle of Systems and Cybernetics Studies", which he founded.
