Paper Acceptance:Authors will have been notified of acceptance by 15th May 1999. Each accepted paper has to be presented by one of the authors at the conference and must be accompanied with registration. It is anticipated that the final selected papers will be published, in line with prior meetings (Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science).
