The American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association, in cooperation with the Center for Real Estate and Urban Economic Studies at the University of Connecticut, holds its tenth annual International Real Estate Conference on 6-8 May, 2001 in Cancun, Mexico.
The purpose of this conference is to provide an international comparison of real estate markets. Papers should focus on real estate issues, such as variations in housing policy and financing, comparative yields and price indexes, privatization of real estate, government regulations, affordability, securitization, risk and retum, variability of prices, and so forth.
