New computer training room presentation system

New computer training room presentation systemKeywords: Computers, Training, Presentations

Calibre UK has launched a new computer training room presentation system called MasterClass. The system allows a tutor to show the contents of their own computer screen onto all delegate screens in real-time, without use of any network resources.

MasterClass is a modular system which can be easily expanded to cover training rooms from two to 128 delegates. Installation is designed to be quick and simple, too, with no modifications required to any tutor or delegate PCs.

Using the KeyMaster keypad or via the WinMaster control software, the tutor can select up to three Tutor machines. MasterClass handles demonstrations involving single or multiple training image sources. A typical system could consist of one main PC for software demonstration purposes, a second for slide presentation (e.g. Microsoft PowerPoint) and a third for showing a multimedia sequence.

The RouteMaaster automatic delegate controller disables computer keyboards and mice as well as routing the tutor display to all delegate screens during a presentation. MasterClass can also simply disable delegate PCs and blank their screens to ensure full attention during a class discussion or prior to the start of a new course.
