Trend setting breakthrough for Neos Robotics

Neos Robotics AB have made a break through with the new Tricept 805 and 605 models during the last part of 1999. By receiving orders of over 10 MSEK for transfer line installations at Peugeot, rapid prototype manufacturing at Ford USA and a new type of flexible aluminium manufacturing at Boeing, Neos have established the new Tricept technology in three major industry areas.

In all above cases Neos expects repeat orders already this year. For the transfer lines at Peugeot, Neos expects complementary and copy orders of an additional 10 MSEK already the first quarter 2000.

The above orders are all to be referred to as trend setting installations and will have a serious impact on how cars and planes are to be build in the future.

Also, since many of the leading car and aeroplane manufacturers already have some earlier Tricept 600 for other applications, the new 805 and 605 will further increase the use of flexible manufacturing equipment from Neos.
