High performance aerosol lubricant for

High performance aerosol lubricant for "on-site" operations

Keyword: Lubricants

A new 400ml-aerosol dispenser of Safe Cut, the high performance lubricant for a wide range of metal cutting applications, has been introduced by Advanced Microlubrication Systems (see Plate 2).

Safe Cut is a convenient size and an ideal companion to all plumbers, as well as service and maintenance engineers. It increases the effectiveness of cutting tools by reducing friction through "on the spot" lubrication in a wide range of on-site operations including drilling, tapping, sawing and thread forming.

Safe Cut is a well proven, vegetable based, fully biodegradable lubricant which has been thoroughly tested in the toughest conditions associated with high performance metal cutting and machining. It should not be confused with inferior products which are only suitable for limited applications, and which do not offer the same inherent environmental benefits and safety features.

The higher operating efficiency offered by Safe Cut results in a longer life for all cutting edges and better performance even with hand tools. The accuracy of spot lubrication achieved with the aerosol minimises waste, leaves a clean working area with neutral aroma and reduces both time and effort involved with everyday tasks.

The product is not toxic, hazardous, or carcinogenic and because it is a natural organic derivative it is totally environmentally safe.

It only needs to be used in very small quantities to be effective and leaves a clean, dry surface after operation. The propellant is non-flammable and CFC-free to eliminate atmospheric pollution and potential safety problems.
