De la Pena choose Vogel Spandau pumps

After extensive and satisfactory trials, Vogel Spandau pumps have been specified as standard equipment in the De la Pena range of precision-bore finishing machines. Part of the international Gehring Group, Cheltenham-based De la Pena Ltd is Europe's leading manufacturer of small/medium size honing machines and associated tooling.
The Vogel Spandau PRT6H22O/140, a vertically-mounted immersion pump with a stainless steel shaft, was selected for its high reliability and performance in the De la Pena application pumping sulphurised oil used as a cutting and cooling medium.
Les Yelland, De la Pena's technical services manager, said: "We gave it to our fitters, test engineers and electrical engineers, and all three departments expressed a preference over our previous pump".
