Potentially these will have a massive impact on ILL, but the business models are still decidedly shaky. Mike O'Leary observes that "selling e-book access is a very tough business, in which netLibrary and Questia are struggling. Last November, netLibrary announced impending bankruptcy and has only been rescued by its purchase by OCLC."
