The 1998 Best Paper from Interlending & Document Supply has been awarded to Sara Gould for her series of literature reviews which have appeared in alternate issues of the journal for several years. The ''Review of recent literature'' is one of the regular features of the journal and is widely recognised by the readership as a useful summary of trends and key areas of discussion occurring in the literature.

Sara Gould is a research officer with the IFLA Office for Universal Availability of Publications (UAP) and International Lending. Before this she worked at the British Library Document Supply Centre (which hosts the UAP Office) in a variety of departments. As IFLA research officer, she has been responsible for implementing the popular IFLA Voucher Scheme for international ILL payments, and has worked on many other research projects relating to interlending and document delivery, so is well placed to review the literature in this area.

Sara will receive the award at a ceremony in London, at which awards will be presented to writers who have contributed to the whole range of MCB journal titles.
