Richard M. Fisher is a qualified Barrister and Solictor of the High Court of New Zealand, and of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, Canada. In addition, he holds a PhD in science from the University of Toronto. He is presently employed at International Pacific College in Palmerston North, New Zealand, where he teaches and coordinates a postgraduate programme in environmental studies.
