The Andhra Pradesh (India) government has launched the biggest ever initiative for agriculture in the post-independence era by adopting a multi-pronged approach to improve productivity.
“Creating irrigation infrastructure, besides providing loan, marketing and other advanced techniques to the farmers through the newly launching Agriculture Technology Mission has been our first step towards farmers welfare,” Chief Minister, Y.S. Rajsekhar Reddy, said.
