Netviewer enables enterprises to increase productivity, improve operational efficiencies and reduce costs by facilitating the sharing of information in real time via the internet. Netviewer can be a one-off investment, or available on monthly rental.

With Netviewer, internet users can view each other’s screens from any location, without prior installation or configuration. The only requirement for using Netviewer is an internet connection – dial up or broadband. Each Netviewer session is encrypted using standard Blowfish encryption tools, which safeguard information with client security access features.

Netviewer one2one offers the solution for those wanting to work with a single person in another location. Via the internet, participants can simultaneously view each other’s PC screens while talking on the phone. They can assign certain remote control rights to each other and thus jointly edit documents. By default, your partner has view-only rights and they can only see the application and file you are currently working on. Users have the option to grant their session partners certain remote control rights, so that files can be jointly edited, using any application available on your PC. Remote control rights can be withdrawn at any time. With permission and a single mouse-click, users can exchange roles, so they can review the partner screen, switching back again with another single click.

Netviewer one2many is a web-conferencing tool designed for multiple attendances. The moderator can allow other participants to view the PC screen and remote control rights can be temporarily assigned to selected participants. By using pointers in different colours, labelled with the respective participant’s name, co-operation becomes even more efficient.
