Priority development

All projects are top priority. It becomes very difficult to delay one to benefit another. Yet, this is what project and programme management is all about. The problems is that most projects are someone’s “pet” and convincing this “owner” that he/she should accept a delay for the greater corporate good is not always easy. If anyone has any tips on how to achieve consensus on priorities, I would be very happy to receive them!
