Tecnomatix Unicam is introducing eM-Execution, a Web-based software package designed to meet the production management and analytical needs of electronics circuit board manufacturers and their supply chain partners.

eM-Execution is a single modular, flexible and scalable system that combines and builds upon industry-validated procedures for quality, materials flow management, performance and traceability. These are combined behind a simple, graphical Web interface that allows users, from the shop floor to the executive suite, to access focused information that helps them to make better business decisions and meet critical business targets.

Some of the key functionalities include traceability, electronic records and signatures, materials flow management and process verification. The traceability function helps customers to meet regulatory and customer requirements while reducing risk and improving manufacturing performance. The ability to generate electronic records and signatures has been introduced to facilitate compliance with national and international regulations such as the US Food and Drug Administration’s FDA 21 CFR Part 11 standard. Materials flow management optimises end-to-end material flow and tracking, while process verification improves the transfer of knowledge and thus the user’s confidence in the process.
