Cool, clear water
As I write this, I take an occasional sip from a plastic beaker of water I got from a water cooler a few steps from my office. Very pleasant, but I feel slightly self-indulgent. I am not a bottled water fan – its growth came too late for me. I have always seen it as a very expensive luxury – plain old tap water will do for me, thank you! But, a bit like the entry above (“Paper mountain”) – who would, 20 years ago, have predicted the size of the market for water?
