The third issue of this volume contains eight research papers. These papers cover a wide geographical area, focus on a number of important energy issues and capture the perspectives from both developed and developing countries. First four papers are related to the electricity industry while the remaining four papers focus on efficient resource use or efficient interventions through technologies or policies.
