A new tool called Oratour aims to help users prepare, practise and deliver the perfect presentation. It has been developed by Peter Hancock, an internationally known presenter who has tried and tested the product in over 2,000 presentations worldwide.

The step-by-step formula is designed to make the planning of the presentation easy and ensure the speaker delivers the speech to time. The entire presentation is captured on a single form. This fits into a wallet which the speaker can slide into their pocket or briefcase.

The Oratour package, which can be seen in detail at, contains several elements. There is an instructional audiotape by Hancock which tells the listener how to prepare an example of a speech laid out on the special Oratour form and all the materials they need, including extra forms, post-it notes and coloured timing pens.

The planning process focuses on building and delivering a strong opening, a clear introduction, a logical structure and flow of ideas, reinforcement of the key messages, a powerful close and the ability to time the presentation perfectly.

Oratour costs £78 including VAT. For further information phone The Implementation Company on +44(0)1926 410808 or visit
