Croner Publications has launched a loose-leaf information package entitled Croner's Training Resource: HR Skills for Managers.

The package is designed for anyone involved in delivering training and is structured with a number of training modules covering key areas for HR skills, such as performance appraisal, selection, introduction, discipline and equal opportunities.

Each module includes both the trainer's notes and the resources (OHTs, handouts, games, etc.) for classroom use and icons are provided to help guide users through the delivery of training programmes.

The three updates per year ensure the package is up to date, taking into account the latest ideas in HR and legislation. Included in the subscription is a bi-monthly Special Report which provides an independent review of management training products. New training modules are supplied regularly as part of the subscription.
