An award‐winning training programme at R S Clare
Abstract
Describes the two‐phase implementation of a programme to revitalise a small manufacturing company. Explains how senior managers clearly identified the company′s mission, goals and objectives. Notes the highly participative workshops to assist employees to better understand communications within the company and provide them with an awareness of the business plan. Concludes that the success of the programme has been the full involvement of managers in the programme of changes.
