Abstract

For any change in the office organisation, it is essential that various controls are established to ensure that implementation of the alterations to the physical environment to accommodate the change are completed quickly and efficiently. One of the main methods of achieving this is the establishment and application of a Procedure for Change Manual. This document provides and defines standards, inventories and procedures relating to all stages of the process and, as such, establishes a single reference point for all members of the facilities management and implementation teams.
