Abstract
Reiterates the fundamental importance of a Quality of Working Life (QWL) organizational culture to total quality initiatives. Briefly examines features of a QWL commitment culture along with the new and nearly new concepts, insights and techniques which together constitute Total Quality Management (TQM).
