Abstract

Coronary Heart Disease I and II are the titles in the latest of the National Dairy Council's fact files. They are comprehensive guides to current issues and the latest research in this important area of health. The fact files include a review of the likely risk factors, including dietary components and lifestyle, evidence that CHD begins in childhood, regional differences, free radicals and lipid peroxidation, the effects of environment and psychosocial factors.
