NHS Hospital Catering

Abstract

NHS hospital catering is one of the largest catering organizations in the country, if not in Europe. It employs approximately 23,000 catering staff in 1,700 units and provides 89 million meals a year to patients, NHS staff and visitors, costing over £223 million.
