Abstract
Professor Gaido analyses the future of the winter sports resort in the Alps. He explains the reasons for the stagnation on the demand side on the base of empirical results. He suggest a more consumer oriented approach which takes into account that wintersports are only one single product in the large range of other available products. The existing attraction pares can serve as a model for the future offer of a winter sport resort.
