CUT TELEPHONE COSTS BY 90 PER CENT
Abstract
With the Tesco's Supermarket chain turning over more than £5m a day, it's crucial that management are kept bang up to date with the day to day financial workings of all their 600 UK branches to monitor sales, check profits and resolve any problems immediately. Tesco's tackle this key branch of business communications efficiently and automatically — and have slashed their phone bills by an estimated 90 per cent into the bargain — by using a new and unique telephone answering system devised by Robophone.
