Plugging the ‘get out’ clauses

Abstract

Firms which at present exclude or limit liability for negligence or breach of contract should examine their insurance cover as soon as possible. As from February next year, regulations governing exemption clauses are to be tightened up. Here is an outline of the new regulations.
