INDECISION AS THE DEAD LINE DRAWS NEARER
Abstract
PENSIONS The new pensions law, due to operate from April next year, will affect practically every employee in Britain. Yet a recent Gallup survey shows that the majority of small and medium‐sized firms are still dithering about whether to opt for the State scheme or contract out. Here, Legal and General give a run‐down on the law's requirements, while the company's senior pensions manager warns employers about the dangers of further delay.
