There's more to Saudi than oil

Abstract

British exporters are wrong to believe that Saudi Arabia is interested only in costly, oil‐related projects. Opportunities for joint ventures to widen the country's industrial base are there for the asking. But they are not being taken up, reports Ken Gooding.
