CAN YOU ALWAYS AFFORD TO SAVE FUEL?

Abstract

ENERGY conservation means the better and more efficient use of energy with proper regard to the related costs and benefits. It makes no sense to save energy with disproportionately increased costs in other resources, whether these be economic, social or environmental.
