Abstract
IN current inflationary conditions, companies without a cash strategy can easily be caught off balance. Businessmen cannot always foresee in detail how the economic situation will develop, or assess accurately the various influences which ultimately affect government decision making — and therefore the environment in which business has to be conducted;
