Ten per cent more for directors

Abstract

THE AVERAGE UK managerial salary is now £5,563 compared with £4,996 last year and £3,906 four years ago. Salaries of executives in the UK rose by about 12 per cent between July 1973 and July 1974 and by 42 per cent over the four year period 1970–1974.
