The multinationals

Abstract

Whether or not this is a critical moment in the relationship between governments and multi‐national companies, as Christopher Tugendhat suggests, he has succeeded in the difficult task of documenting many aspects of multi‐national company operation in an extremely readable way. Tugendhat argues that the time has come for governments everywhere to decide what to do about the great multi‐national companies that have grown up in the last 25 years.
