The androgynous manager

Abstract

The management philosophy that emphasizes “organization man” characteristics in corporate managers and views the manager as rational to the point of using as little emotion as possible in decision‐making is being replaced by a concept that places equal emphasis on human relations skills and rational problem‐solving skills.
