Role Perception — Its Effects on What We Do: Changing Role Perception in Individuals and Organisation

Abstract

The author suggests that Britain's decline is largely due to the attitudes of its people. He outlines an approach which can successfully change traditional roles and perceptions and which will benefit the organisation and the economy.
