Abstract
The complexities involved in operating transnational enterprises now and in the next century require synergistic skills. Both organizational leaders and consultants are challenged to assist managers and workers to move beyond differences within their respective macro or micro cultures and to learn to share knowledge and expertise in these tumultuous times.
