Abstract

FOLLOWING our notes on Additive Depletion in our February issue, readers will be interested in much of the substance of a paper recently given before the Society of Automobile Engineers at Detroit by W. G. Brown, F. E. Kronenberg (both of the Caterpillar Tractor Company), F. A. M. Buck, J. A. Edgar, and J.M. Plantfeber(all of the Shell Oil Company) entitled “Series 2 Oils Pay Their Way”.
