European Information Centres & EC enterprise policy

Abstract

Many of the European Information Centres have barely been operating for a full year, but it is already clear that the EICs have developed a style of operation and a momentum that is making a distinctive contribution to the process of communicating information about the dramatic changes taking place within the European Community.
