Resource sharing in Universities and Polytechnics—possibilities and limitations

Abstract

I hope to avoid in this talk issues which are common to all types of libraries. Having previously worked in a specialist medical library and a government library. I hope I have chosen the points which are peculiar to higher education establishments.
