INSPEC

Abstract

Most of you have probably heard of INSPEC, but there are many people who do not seem to know the full range of what we do, so I thought I would just take a few minutes first of all for what I would like to call an educational session on INSPEC. I want to tell you what INSPEC is doing; to talk about the philosophy of our products and what we are actually trying to provide for the users. And then I shall end up by reviewing some of the problems that we have, as suppliers, in trying to satisfy your needs.
