SCOTTISH RESOURCES OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL LITERATURE AND INFORMATION AND THE NEED FOR MORE SYSTEMATIC ORGANIZATION

Abstract

This paper this morning cannot pretend to be more than a brief and necessarily sketchy survey of the subject. Indeed, I hope that what I say will have the effect of underlining the need for (1) a more detailed and systematic survey of the field, and (2) a more effective co‐ordination of these resources.
