INFORMATION SERVICE FROM FIRST PRINCIPLES

Abstract

This paper is a simple schedule for planning an industrial information service. It is addressed to those who are new to information service work, and to those in a position where they may be called in to set up an information department or to reorganize an existing one. Its object is to suggest an approach to the job and to put the necessary features in the right perspective.
