Abstract

Imagine being able to provide instruction for using online catalogs, indexes, and CD‐ROM databases at library workstations or integrated into online catalogs and CD‐ROM indexes. Hypermedia offers new and exciting opportunities to provide this type of instruction by addressing “frames of learning,”—offering text, simulation, graphics, sound, and movement = many ways to learn.
