Abstract

Factors involved in the choice of a microcomputer‐based circulation system, Bibliolend, marketed by Biblio Tech Ltd., for the library of the College of Librarianship Wales are discussed. Topics covered include the definition of objectives and constraints, investigation of product availability and capabilities, the drawing up of a short list and the final choice of Bibliolend.
