Abstract

An organization may make use of the services provided by the Internet in a variety of ways, for instance for electronic mail or public relations‐type activities. The rapid development of the Internet, and in particular the World Wide Web (WWW), coupled with the commercialization of very advanced information technology to exploit it, opens avenues for an organization to make more effective use of this resource.
