The Electronic Library Manager's guide to information technology diffusion

Abstract

In the previous issue of The Electronic Library (vol. 10, no. 4, pp. 191–193) an editorial introduction to the diffusion and transfer of technology was given. Continuing this theme, in this editorial some points and examples relating more to the diffusion of information technology (telecommunication, television and personal computers) are provided.
