Management Development for the New Work Culture

Abstract

Innovation is the act of introducing something new into the established order or way of thinking. It need not be limited to novel products or process alone, but can also apply to the way we view and act our roles. Those in international management have unique opportunities to exercise leadership and contribute to the larger cultural and social transition underway.
